Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any reason, either for digital books or physical books, nor do we provide refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we stand behind the quality of our products and believe you will love them as much as we do.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged through no fault to you, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the damages or error. We will work as quickly as we can to make sure you receive your replacement item as soon as possible.
