Digital Products
Our digital administrator is BookFunnel. All digital products (including E-Books, downloads and gift card codes) are delivered automatically via email directly after purchase.
Physical Products
We use BookVault as our print-on-demand resource for paperbacks. This means that the paperbacks are created at the time your order is placed. Production typically takes 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. BookVault utilizes various couriers for delivery.
What to expect:
- Standard Production Time: BookVault aims to dispatch within 3 working days, with potential for faster, even same-day, dispatch. Products are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days.
- Holiday Season Production Time: Products are typically dispatched within 6–9 business days or longer due to increased volume.
- Shipping Options: Both tracked and untracked options are available, typically using services like FedEx for 3-5 day delivery or other carriers for 5-7 day delivery.
- US Specifics: BookVault uses a consolidator located in Ohio for US orders, involving a 1-day transit, then transfer to USPS for final delivery. Shipping typically takes 3-8 business days (beginning after production is complete). Please note that bespoke items (with special features like gold foil and sprayed edges) take longer to produce, so the wait is slightly longer.
